I'm looking to get a badge for my Muir Cap. Most of the places I go only seem to have the caps and no badges. Any suggestions for where I could pick one up would be appreciated. I live in New York but will be traveling to London later this month. Thanks.

What type of 'badge' are you seeking? There are the law-enforcement styles, there are the military 'cap eagle' styles, and a myriad of other types and styles available. For law-enforcement, most any uniform outlet will carry them - the 'cap eagle' styles are available from leather shops as a rule, and many online Internet vendors.

Depends what badge you want. You can find many cap badges for police forces or military caps on ebay and stitch it on yourself. You just need to ensure the badge size works with your cap.

If you are in London and want to check out badges then you can try Silverman's (www.silvermans.co.uk) but many UK forces cap badges are relatively small. You can try some US military forces cap badges or US Police hat devices are a good size.
