I've ordered a pair of boots off them through the internet do they usually take a long time to reply all I've had so far is the automatic receipt .So dont know if they have been shipped or not ? anyone esle had the same

I ordered a pair from Stompers on Monday. I had an email from UPS telling me they had collectd them from Stompers on Tuesday evening and are now in transit and expect to deliver them to me in the UK next Monday.

I ordered a pair of wesco boss 18 inch back in mid october.I waited and waited and waited..eventuallly sent a e-mail to them to which they replied that they were awaiting stock.They then gave me a 3-4 month est waiting time.

just called them up there were depatched on tues and I have a tracking no now so i can see where they are in Philly baccording to UPS...lol

I ordered a pair of 18" WESCO's from Stompers at the end of December while they were having a 25% sale. I Waited a few days after the start of the new year for a tracking number. No word from them, so I called them. The guy said they usually don't have many Wesco's in stock! I could either wait for stock to come in a few weeks/months, or "drop ship them" from Wesco themselves... and still get the sale price. So while I didn't have instant satisfaction, I did get hot boots at a good sale price! I just have to wait a bit ...
